Shipping & Returns Policy
All requests for returns/exchange shall be scrutinized in detail by Wild Wild Honey –(product by Pras Deals and Trades Private Limited) team in accordance with its policies and practices. Wild Wild Honey –(product of Pras Deals and Trades Private Limited) shall not have any obligation to accept the return/exchange of products delivered, but it may accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion.
In case a request for return/exchange of products is approved by Wild Wild Honey –(product of Pras Deals and Trades Private Limited), the products will be picked up at the delivery address to which the products were originally delivered by Wild Wild Honey –(product of Pras Deals and Trades Private Limited).
In the event that your request for the return of a product is approved, Wild Wild Honey –(product of Pras Deals and Trades Private Limited)will issue a Credit Note to your Wild Wild Honey account of the same value as the amount paid by you for the product that is returned. In the event that your request for the exchange of a product is approved by Wild Wild Honey –(product of Pras Deals and Trades Private Limited) will facilitate the exchange for the product supplied to you.
In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will charge the customer the additional charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped again. The order package cannot be canceled after attempted delivery and neither will a credit note be issued for the same.
We will try our best to stick to the variant of the items on our website. However, one must take note that computer displays often vary from screen to screen and what is rendered on one computer screen sometimes looks slightly different on another computer screen. As a result, what you might receive might look slightly different in terms of texture or color. This perceived difference, if any, will be because of the differences in screen color rendering.
Any return requests have to be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
